I purchased a new Lenovo ZUK Z2 mobile from AMAZON India during mid September 2017.
Phone started giving problems such as overheating, rapid battery drain, high use of RAM capacity etc and also problems in sending SMS on 4G ( Jio)and I asked for replacement.
Response from company was far from satisfactory.
On 11th June I reached USA & placed the phone on charging. After few hours found the phone dead and was not charging at all. Charger was found intact & Charging retried using a new USB cable.
The mobile came on for few minutes, continued to show zero charge indication, body temperature increased and shut off once again permanently.
Initially company stated that phone was out of warranty & later they advised handing over of phone to service centre.
Since my return to India would be only in December 2018 I requested Lenovo Service & Lenovo service head India through emails either to help in getting the phone repaired under warranty in USA itself or make arrangements to ensure that the phone is accepted for repairs under warranty in December.
The company seems to be failing to appreciate that the complaint has been lodged within the 12 months warranty & the fact that that theinstruent can be returned only on my return in December.
They have not cared to answer my several emails to them
