3rd Sep 2019, my RE350 was serviced at Riderzikon Coimbatore, on thorough service check-up they advised for oil replacement, chain lubrication and general check-up, which estimates Rs.3000/-, and I agreed.

Next day I had a problem of chain noise and re-visited the service center on 5th Sep 2019, they said the chain is worn out and now a days the quality of chain is very poor and advised to replace the chain because it has already done 12000 kms, it was really shocking because during initial checkup they never highlighted the problem to me and the chain replace in 12000 kms for RE is not acceptable, because I lubricate of my own, once in fort-night.

While dropping for service there was no sound and it was in good condition.

The quality of service is very poor and their Service head, is responding to clarify my problem, he is running away from answering the issue which made me embarrassing. I am going to take legal action against the relentless service and very poor customer support.

I appeal to RE Lovers not to visit “The Riderzikon Royal enfield showroom” for sale or service. I also request RE Head office to take action against this show room for their pathetic service.
